What equipment and brands can I quote?

How long does it take to receive the proposal?
We send the proposal by email as soon as we gather the quote from suppliers, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Are the parts new or refurbished?
We always clearly state the condition (new or refurbished) and the warranty of each item in the proposal.
How do I confirm the order and do prices include VAT?
To confirm, reply to the proposal email indicating the payment method (Multibanco or bank transfer). The proposal shows the amount with VAT at the applicable rate.
